New commercial company

Glacier Commercial Realty LP opened its doors for business in Dallas. Andrew Beckman and Steve Shrum, formerly of Stream Realty Partners LP, joined to form their own firm, bringing in real estate veteran Morris Orr.

Glacier will focus efforts in Dallas, Fort Worth and the mid-cities, providing tenant and owner representation, acquisition and disposition of office properties, industrial properties and land, as well as investment services.

Beckman and Shrum, with 10 and 16 years experience, are co-managing partners. Orr, a 35-year veteran, will serve as president. The three worked together at The Fults Cos during the 1990s.
